The easiest way is to log in and use the codes via the Official SHiFT Website. This will allow you to redeem on all platforms. Just click on Rewards, then click Redeem a SHiFT code and copy your code. Alternatively you can redeem codes in-game by selecting Extras in the Main Menu, then selecting SHiFT Codes, clicking the button that says SHiFT Code and copy your code there.“
