Earlier today, the full trailer for the highly-anticipated Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings film dropped. And whoa, we did not see that coming. Take a look at what we mean in the trailer below.
Holy shit. Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is going to be incredible. Ignoring the fact that the visuals, choreography, and soundtrack are going to be hotter than the Human Torch (temperature-wise, not sexually), we are going to see the return of Abomination?! Always wondered what happened to that dude. And now we know. He’s out there rocking domes in underground ultimate fighting syndicates. As if we needed any further reason to be excited for this movie.
If you look closely, Abomination isn’t the only teaser in the film. The trailer also showed what looked to be a Sorceror’s shield, and could quite possibly be Wong, Doctor Strange’s righthand. Or it could be just another Sorceror. Either way, it’s clear this movie is going to be chalked full of goodies and easter eggs that we can’t wait to see later this year.
Coming to theaters on September 3, 2021, Shang-Chi and the Legend o the Ten Rings stars Simu Liu in the titular role. The film is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton.
