[dropcap size=small]F[/dropcap]ans hoping to see Liam Neeson reprise his role as head of the League of Shadows, will be slightly disappointed with the news released today about who will be playing their R’as al Ghul. But Riddick fans will be pleased to know that Australian actor Matt Nable will be dawning the robes as the head of the deadly ninja assassins.
Matt Nable will make his first appearance as R’as al Ghul in the third season of CW’s Arrow during the 4th episode titled “The Magician”, though we do not know at this time how many episodes the iconic villain will appear through the show. The episode will be the series 50th episode overall so perhaps we will be in for some fun additional surprises but we will just have to wait and see.
Arrow comes back to kick off it’s third season at 8:00pm on October 8.
