[dropcap size=small]S[/dropcap]ome sad news to pass along today as H2K team member Phillip Klemenov passed Sunday evening in a car accident. The Call of Duty pro was also an avid streamer. He was returning home Sunday night from dinner, having been streaming only hours prior, when the accident occurred. The 23-year-old lost control of his car with his girlfriend and best friend as passengers.
Initially police reported that alcohol and speed were a factor, though Klemenov’s girlfriend, Adrianna Lemuss, took to twitter to assure the public that this was not the case. Lemuss was taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries, while the vehicle’s other passenger, Klemenov’s best friend, also died of his injuries.
