New ‘Avengers’ Artwork Finally Gives The Vision Some Facetime

[dropcap= small]A[/dropcap]s the Avengers: Age of Ultron teasers, trailers, and TV spots have been airing over the last month or so; none of them have given us a glimpse of Paul Bettany’s character The Vision.

Until today, the only images that had surfaced of The Vision have either been from an awkward angle or with a tiny Asian man in front of it:

Luckily, for those of us jonesing for a little bit more, an attendee at an international Disney event managed to snap a quick shot of some new promotional artwork. As he stands proudly front and center in this new promo, we get a significantly clearer idea of what Bettany’s version of the character is set to look like. And he looks badass. It just goes to show, Thor isn’t the only one that can rock a sweet cape.

As cool as he looks in this artwork though, I’m still waiting to see him in some actual footage. Hopefully we’ll get to see that without having to wait all the way until Avengers: Age of Ultron ultimately hits theaters on May 1, 2015.
