PS4 releasing a promising sci-fi shooter game.
[dropcap size=small]1[/dropcap]0tons has announced it’s newest indie game for the PS4. Neonchrome is a colorful, cyberpunk shooter with a fast-paced setting that will test a player’s instincts. Neonchrome is not only the name of the game, but also the name of the arcology built by Rooswahl Industries in 2085 that over a quarter-million people call home.
Arcologies are tall, giant buildings that provide residents with homes, businesses and agricultural facilities. Neonchrome also has a fusion reactor with a closed looped recycling system that make the arcology self-sufficient. The arcology is controlled by the Overseer and while the corporation has continue to deny it throughout the game, some say the Overseer is just Artificial Intelligence. A.I. was banned in 2078 after a Tampere incident.
Players are put into an arcology with multiple levels to uncover secrets and save those who live in the arcology from filled with security guards, assault drones and deadly cyborgs. Neonchrome also features energetic sci-fi shootouts and classic futuristic weapons, such as plasma grenades and conversion rays.
Neonchrome includes plenty of hand-crafted stages and epic boss battles. The game will be released later this year for PS4.
