One of the biggest secrets in GTA has been revealed!
[dropcap size=small]F[/dropcap]or a long time, GTA players have been looking for Bigfoot as far back as GTA: San Andreas. Now, look no further than GTA 5 for your wish of seeing Bigfoot…actually you will become Bigfoot. All you need to do is take a whiff of a specific drug and let the hallucination begin. (Spoiler video below!)
With the new update, there is a new peyote map scattered across the map, which allows your character to hallucinate as an animal. You can use this plant to discover all the animals, but if you want to become Bigfoot, here’s what you have to do: For PC players, you have to play on Tuesdays between 5:30 AM and 8:30 AM with the weather being foggy. On Xbox One and Playstation 4, you need to be there the same time, but the weather has to be snowy. From there, you have to find a peyote specifically found at coordinates -1472.531, 4439.456, 18.862. Once you do this, you will be the one and only Bigfoot!
A recent update to GTA 5 added the Cryptozoologist achievement, which requires you to discover all 22 animals in the game in Director mode. But when you look to see if you have got that achievement, it says you have only discovered 21/22. You need to become Bigfoot in order to get the achievement. Other requirements in order to achieve this include completing story mode, finding all other peyote locations and not killing Bigfoot in the mission titled “The Last One.”
