Well this is shaping up to be an interesting cast.
It has now been reported that Ian McShane (LoveJoy, John Wick) will star in the Hellboy Reboot. He will be playing Hellboy’s adoptive father, Professor Trevor Broom. The role was originally played by John Hurt.
McShane will be joined by David Harbour (Stranger Things) who will be playing Hellboy. Neil Marshall (The Descent) will be directing the film.
The film has recently been titled Hellboy: Rise of the Blood Queen and will focus on Hellboy’s fight against a sorceress who wants to destroy all of humanity. There is not much else known about the film besides these facts so be on the lookout for more information about the film.
There is no release date yet for Hellboy: Rise of the Blood Queen.
