The official Funko Twitter account has spent the better part of the day revealing the upcoming NYCC exclusives, which now include a handful of Dragon Ball POP! Vinyl figures. It seems we will be getting Cell in his second form, a first for the character, as well as two different versions of Goku in his Ultra Instinct form as well.
