Just moments ago, the @NintendoAmerica Twitter account announced the beloved N64 title, Pokemon Snap, is coming to Switch for Switch Online! This is huge news for fans who never got to play the original, or simply cherish it and have missed it like it us.

The original game came out over 20 years ago in 1999 for Nintendo 64 consoles and changed the way we interacted with Pokemon. Then, last year on April 30th, fans got to experience what it felt like taking photos of Pokemon in ‘New Pokemon Snap’ which created a brand-new generation of photographers all over again.

We have long since wanted a remake or a re-release of Pokemon Snap and now that it is finally happening, we couldnt be more excited. We just hope that Nintendo keeps this up by bringing even more beloved classics from the N64 era to modern devices like the family of Switch consoles.
