Orange Is the New Black star Elizabeth Rodriguez joins AMC’s Fear The Walking Dead Series.
[dropcap size=small]L[/dropcap]iving through a zombie apocalypse can be a lot like prison, but in prison the inmates don’t try and eat you, I think. Your freedom is taking from you and you live in a state of living hell. Elizabeth Rodriguez will endure both now that she has joined the new prequel to AMC’s The Walking Dead.
Sources have reported that Rodriguez role in Fear The Walking Dead is very hush-hush and AMC is trying to keep any information about her character on the down low for now. She will not be in the first episode that is for sure because they have already shot the first episode, so we will have to wait to see when she is introduced.
Orange Is the New Black is not the only TV show that Rodriguez has been apart of, including Power, Prime Suspect, and had a recurring role on Grimm as Agent Chaves.
Fear The Walking Dead is a prequel to the original Walking Dead series. The show takes place during the first few days of the zombie outbreak in Los Angeles. The first season will be six episodes long and the show has been given a two-year commitment by AMC.
Fear The Walking Dead will premiere late this summer and will star Elizabeth Rodriguez, Cliff Curtis, Kim Dickens, Frank Dillane and Alycia Debnam-Carey.
