FUNimation recently announced that Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods will be playing in over 300 U.S. theaters from August 5th – 9th. Today, they released the debut theatrical trailer. Watch it, in all its glory, right here:

Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods features our usual group of Z-fighters, trying to take down, the God of Destruction, Lord Beerus. But can a group of Saiyans take down a GOD?

Battle of Gods is an original work by creator Akira Toriyama, released, in Japan, on March 30th, 2013 and produced/distributed by Toei. The English dub stars, voice actors, Sean Schemmel and Chris Sabat and will be produced/distributed by FUNimation.
