Everyone’s favorite transforming pink blob of goo/breeding slave can now be caught in Pokémon Go. (‘Member Pokémon Go?)
Niantic revealed that Ditto disguises itself as other Pokémon out in the wild, so you won’t know if you actually encountered one until you capture it. So that means you’ll need to catch even more Rattatas and Pidgeys!
Additionally, if you manage to catch a Ditto and put it in a Gym, it will copy the appearance, type, and moves of the Pokémon it first fights, and will remain that way for the rest of the battle.
Even though its been a while since many of us have checked into Go, we’re glad to see Ditto finally make its way into the extremely popular app.
