The first Dragon Ball Z movie in 17 years, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods will be coming to nearly 800 theaters this August. That’s more than double the amount previously announced. FUNimation Entertainment and Screenvision have partnered with Fathom Events to bring the movie to additional theaters throughout North America.

The movie will be showing for a special limited-time-engagement on August 5th, 6th, 7th, and 9th.

We were fortunate enough to attend a special screening of the event complete with pictures and interviews that you can check out here.
