The proud prince at his evilest is ready to fight.
Bandia Namco has revealed a handful of features as well as a new character for the eagerly anticipated Dragon Ball XenoVerse 2.
First up is an open beta mode, which will give players a chance to explore the new Conton City hub area before the game’s official release. Conton City is reportedly seven times bigger than Toki Toki City, the hub from XenoVerse, and will apparently be able to accommodate up to 300 players.
Additional details on the open beta have yet to be revealed, but more information is coming soon.
Next up is confirmation that Majin Vegeta, the Babidi-controlled pure evil version of the Saiyan prince, will be a playable character. We get a brief glimpse of him in action at the end of the latest trailer below.
Lastly, a new mode called Expert Mission has be unveiled. Expert Mission is a six player multiplayer mode where players team up to take on a giant NPC opponents like a Great Ape, or villains like Broly or Turles.
XenoVerse 2 is shaping up to be one of the biggest DB games yet, and we’ll be sure to keep you updated as more information on the title is revealed.
Dragon Ball XenoVerse 2 comes to PS4 and Xbox One on October 25, and PC on October 28.
