[dropcap size=small]L[/dropcap]ionsgate has just announced two new cast members joining ‘Now You See Me 2’: actors Daniel Radcliffe (probably best known for his work in…what were those movies again?) and Lizzy Caplan (Cloverfield, Mean Girls, and Hot Tub Time Machine – personal favorite). They’ll be playing the characters Walter and Lula, but Lionsgate kept quiet exactly what role these characters would be playing in the plot of the new movie.
The notable name still missing from Lionsgate’s announcement was Isla Fisher, who played one of the main characters, Henley Reeves, in the first film. It will be interesting to see how the issue plays out, whether through contracts or unplanned plot twists (inert disappearing trick pun of choice here).
