Daniel Craig’s 007 shows off his Aston Martin, woos the ladies and sets out to uncover the truth behind mysterious organization known as Spectre.
[dropcap size=small]I[/dropcap]ts been nearly three years since Skyfall was released and in March we all got a first look at what direction director Sam Mendes is taking Spectre. With this new trailer that was released during the NBA Finals on Tuesday, we get a better look at what to expect from 007 in Spectre. Watch the trailer below.
The main focus in this latest trailer doesn’t focus completely on 007, but rather on a secret that he is hiding and the challenges he will face. The trailer provides even more action than the previous trailer with an urban car chase and a plane crashing into the snow. The trailer is filled with several characters, some old and some new, who make a short appearance.
Bond girls Léa Seydoux and Monica Bellucci, the latter who has been on a long wish list for the franchise, are spotted in the trailer. And in addition to these Bond girls, Ben Whishaw’s Q, Ralph Fiennes as M, Rory Kinnear as Tanner and Naomie Harris as Moneypenny make an appearance. Of course, we can’t forget Christoph Waltz’s sinister and shadow-cloaked Franz Oberhauser who delivers a chilling performance.
The writing team behind Skyfall, Neal Purvis, Robert Wade and John Logan have returned to write the script for Spectre and Skyfall director Sam Mendes will be directing the film. Spectre is the 24th movie in the James Bond franchise.
Spectre will arrive in theaters on November 6th.
