A handful of behind-the-scenes photos from the upcoming film X-Men: Apocalypse have been revealed by Entertainment Weekly. Also released is a first look at the new younger mutants joining the cast. Take a look.
Finishing the trilogy that began with X-Men: First Class, Apocalypse sees the return of younger X-Men characters like Professor X (James McAvoy) and Magneto (Michael Fassbender), as well as Jean Grey (Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner) and Cyclops (Tye Sheridan). The film will see the X-Men facing their deadliest foe yet, the ancient being En Sabah Nur, aka Apocalypse (Oscar Isaac).
Bryan Singer will direct the film, having previously worked on X-Men, X2, and most recently, Days of Future Past, a film that almost made everyone forget about X-Men: The Last Stand and X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
X-Men: Apocalypse will be released on May 27th 2016.
