Netflix has a dynamic duo working on Mindhunter, a new Netflix series.
[dropcap size=small]O[/dropcap]ne of the New York Times bestsellers, called Mind Hunter: Inside the FBI’s Elite Serial Crime Unit, is currently being produced by Netflix. The entertainment company is working with Charlize Theron and David Fincher to create the show and it will be similar to CBS’ Criminal Minds.
The show will be about John Douglas’ career over the course of twenty-five years as he tracks down multiple serial killers. Fincher, who has a history of directing movies about serial killers, seems to be well suited to the task. As does Charlize Theron, who starred as a creepy serial killer in the movie Monster. The show’s announcement comes in line with Netflix’s attempt to release a new show every week.
