We have covered at great length how much we are looking forward to Callisto Protocol. As the “spiritual successor” to Dead Space, we wondered just how much it would resemble the franchise. Now we have a better idea.
Take a look at the 2m36 footage from developer Striking Distance which shows the game in action as captured on “Next Gen Hardware”.
The video is up on Striking Distance Studios’ YouTube but is currently unlisted so it may not stay up for long. If you did get a chance to see it then you know this game looks like Dead Space with some massive upgrades but some uncanny similarities. From the movement to the visible heath bar, the smashing of enemies, and everything in between, there is no doubt that this game will please Dead Space fans old and new.
Callisto Protocol releases this December 2nd.
