Rock Band is back! It’s time to get the band back together and turn living-rooms into the front stage once more.
[dropcap size=big]L[/dropcap]ast Thursday, March 5th, the announcement was made that Rock Band 4 will come out later this year. It’s been five years since we last got a new Rock Band game and Harmonix isn’t just putting out a remastered copy of an old game, it’s the next step. We will have to wait till later this year to shred epic rock ballads, but we can’t wait to see the set list.
Five songs have been released so far:

JIMI HENDRIX – “PURPLE HAZE”
STEVIE WONDER – “SIR DUKE”
QUEEN – “DON’T STOP ME NOW”
TENACIOUS D – “TRIBUTE”

The team of talented veteran game developers at Harmonix have been working on gameplay in some super exciting ways. They have created a number of developing projects including motion control, PC, and VR.
A spokesman for the company says “We’ve landed on a design that doubles down on the core Rock Band experience fans love.”
