[dropcap size=small]R[/dropcap]ockstar has a knack for re-releasing GTA titles in HD, because today Rockstar announced that an HD port of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas will be re-releasing for the Xbox 360.
The game will be available October 26 – marking the 10 year anniversary of the original release. The game will run at 720p and will include enhanced draw distance as well as achievements. It will be sold as a Games on Demand title for $14.99. Rockstar went on to say that saved files from the non HD version will not transfer over, though players will be able to access both versions.
There was no announcement for a PS3 port of the HD version of the game at this time.
