Saturday kicked off this year’s E3 2021 event which was practically all online for viewers to check out from the comfort of their own homes. Yeah, you know why- pandemic stuff. But enough about that. Let’s get to why you are here: Ubisoft.
Ubisoft had a handful of goodies to show off including some trailers for a few games that have us super hyped. First up on our list is Rainbow Six Extraction.
Rainbox Six Extraction
As the threat grows, our Operators rise to meet it. In Extraction, Rainbow Six has been united under REACT. Their mission: learn about the enemy, stop its spread at all costs… and leave no one behind. Hibana has gone Missing in Action. See Operators Ela, Lion, and Nomad, under commands from Eliza “Ash” Cohen, mount a daring rescue mission, as they use intel, teamwork, and improvisation to save one of their own from a dangerous new enemy. Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora
Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora™ is a first-person, action-adventure game developed by Massive Entertainment – a Ubisoft studio, in collaboration with Lightstorm Entertainment and Disney.
Built using the latest iteration of the Snowdrop engine, and developed exclusively for the new generation of consoles and PC, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora brings to life the alluring world of Pandora with all of its beauty and danger in an immersive, open-world experience. In this new, standalone story, play as a Na’vi and embark on a journey across the Western Frontier, a never-before-seen part of Pandora. Ubisoft took the time to introduce us to yet another subscription service that, well, is exactly what you would expect. Pay a premium each month and get access to the majority of the Ubisoft catalog of games, over 100+. Seems cool but it’s not really our thing. Pricing starts at $6.99 per month then jumps to $14.99 each month after that. Some players may find the value, and it is there to an extent, but others may skip out on this entirely, which is probably where most of the GO staff will be.
