Fans have been waiting anxiously for Half-Life 3, a title long since rumored to be coming from gaming juggernaut, Valve. Well, you will just have to wait longer because this is not likely to be that game.
Earlier today, Valve announced Half-Life: Alyx, a game they are referring to as their ‘flagship VR game’. They will be revealing more details on Alyx later this week on Thursday at 10:00am PST.

There is nothing additionally known about Alyx at this time, but we only have a couple of days before we find out more. We are hoping that this new VR experience opens up the possibility for more entries in the Half-Life series, preferably a Half-Life 3, but we have to be honest with ourselves and just accept that it is never ever going to happen.
