Bandai Namco Entertainment has confirmed that Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is headed to the Nintendo Switch.

Xenoverse 2 first released back in late October, 2016 for PS4, Xbox One, and Steam. Following in the footsteps of its wildly popular predecessor, the game features crazy 3D battles and MMO-esque mechanics with a hub world where you and your created character can fight others online or team up to take on giant foes like Great Apes or Lord Slug.

While details are currently scarce on how the game will differ from its existing counterparts, we do know the title will feature local co-op gameplay to make use of the upcoming console’s latent portability.

The Nintendo Switch is set to debut on March 3, and will cost $300. For more information on the Switch, check out our article covering the recent Switch event here.

We love Xenoverse 2, and playing it on the go sounds like a blast. (A ki blast.) We just hope this port comes with additional content to make us want to keep fighting. (Free Goku Black DLC please!)

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 flies onto the Nintendo Switch sometime this year.
