“I’m 70 percent sure it wasn’t me.” Right, whatever you say Ryan Reynolds.
[dropcap size=small]B[/dropcap]ack in August of 2014 someone leaked the Deadpool test footage online. The video, which was just under two minutes long, quickly made spread across the internet before Twentieth Century Fox was able to contain it. It has been roughly a year and a half since the video was leaked online and it seems that Ryan Reynolds might have been the one responsible.
Ryan Reynolds broke the news about the leaked test footage when he was on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and while Ryan Reynolds said he was fairly certain that he didn’t do it his face says otherwise.
“I know that one of us did it… There’s four of us: me, [screenwriters] Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, and Tim Miller the director. We all said at the beginning that someone should leak it, so the idea was planted, but I’m 70 percent sure it wasn’t me.”
Whether or not Ryan Reynolds actually leaked the test footage doesn’t matter, whoever did leak it is a hero in our eyes because who doesn’t want to see their favorite merc with a mouth? Answer: No one.
