[dropcap size=small]I[/dropcap]n case you missed it, the week 2 content update for Halo 5: Guardians is now live. The update adds a brand new game type, Breakout, a round-based game type where each spartan only has one life each round. Whichever team wins five rounds first wins the match. The game type is available to play on two maps: Crossfire and a variant Trench.
As for Slayer, the two original maps have been replaced by Regret and Eden – remixes of the two maps from week 1. The content update also brings the brand new weapon, the Hydra MLRS. The Halo 5: Guardians Multiplayer Beta runs until January 18, with another content update expected soon.
