IT’S JOHN CENA!!!!!!
[dropcap size=small]I[/dropcap]t may be some time before fans will be able to see Shazam! in theaters but that doesn’t mean DC Comics hasn’t started work on the film. With the film officially in pre-production, DC Comics is currently in search of an actor to take on the lead role and according to The Hashtag Show, there are currently two actors being considered, John Cena and Joshua Sasse.
For a while now John Cena has been a fan favorite and the ex-wrestler has expressed interest in the role as Shazam before. As for Joshua Sasse, the actor hasn’t been a fan favorite but he does have plenty of acting experience. With Shazam!‘s original April 5, 2019, release date being redacted it seems DC Comics still has plenty of time to decide on an actor.
