LEGO fans are among the most creative out there and their abilities to assemble and construct incredible replicas and concepts have shown time and again that if you can dream it, you can build it with those tiny little plastic pieces. Perhaps one of the more recent standout examples of this is from Reddit user stej123 who posted their spectacular concept of Dumbledore’s office.

There are a lot of really fun and clever implementations here but to me, the torsos of little LEGO people in the frames of the magical portraits really take the cake. If LEGO were to ever officially make this set, I doubt they would have come up with this idea on their own (maybe they would have but stej123 thought of it first).

The compact design is also very impressive, as it seems to be able to fold and collapse in on itself to create a cylindrical shape to compartmentalize and maintain the setup with limited space. You have to admit, it would take a true engineering mind to put something like this together in such a professional way. In fact, if you showed me these exact pictures and told me this set was coming out in Target stores this fall, I would believe you without question. This set truly looks official.

Hagrid holding the chicken is a nice touch but those loose feathers on the floor there brings attention to detail to a whole new level. Notice what looks to be the Sword of Gryffindor on the countertop behind Harry.

In such a small set, there is a big presence of life. From the Sword of Gryffindor to the Sorting Hat there just behind Hagrid, this fan set is one of the most faithful and intricate we have ever seen.

We have long been fans of LEGO, many of us since before we could walk. And after all these years, we are still impressed with how creative LEGO builders can be, especially with original concepts like this one. u/stej123 has shown us that we can never truly have too many Harry Potter LEGO sets.
