[dropcap size=small]W[/dropcap]ith any sort of massively popular online multiplayer game, there will always be patch updates. Some times the patch offers new content, some times the patch fixes several bugs, and some times the patch nerfs or buffs certain content.

Bungie’s latest patch for its immensely popular game, Destiny, solved many problems that plagued players who took part in the House of Wolves expansion pack and the latest patch 1.1.1.

House of Wolves, the latest expansion pack offered for Destiny, was seen as the expansion that got everything right where the latest expansion pack did not. The previous expansion pack, The Dark Below, had several problems. For starters, it wasn’t content rich. The expansion had an exciting raid, but it introduced mechanics that punished loyal fans of the game who have been playing since Destiny’s release. Luckily, newest expansion pack made up for all of this.

House of Wolves has several fantastic battles, a thrilling arena mode and a brand new upgrade system that lets players choose just how they wish to progress. But that doesn’t mean House of Wolves didn’t have some problems of its own, in addition to the issues of patch 1.1.1.

A number of issues that came with patch 1.1.1 and House of Wolves were fusion rifles working as they did prior to the balance changes made in the 1.1.1 update, Weekly Heroic strikes not awarding engrams to your character(s), and the Trials of Osiris emblems were not being sent to a player’s mailbox if their inventory was full. Patch 1.2.0.2 is to solve these problems, you can take a look at what the patch covers below. Otherwise you can look at the patch details at Bungie’s website here.
