Agent Morse and Agent Hunter have quickly become the most popular characters on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. So why not give them their own show?
[dropcap size=small]A[/dropcap]gent Bobbi Morse and Agent Lance Hunter, played by Adrianne Palicki and Nick Blood, have quickly become fan favorites for Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Now that Agent Skye and Agent Ward are about as far apart as they could possibly be, there is a special role that needs to be filled when it comes to a love story for season two. Agent Bobbi and Agent Lance were introduced within the first few episodes of season two and they easily fit the role of two love birds.
Most fans of the show would describe Agent Bobbi and Agent Lance’s relationship as Marvel’s version of Mr. and Mrs. Smith. The only difference being Marvel’s Mr. Smith has a dashing British accent and Mrs. Smith carries a pair of battle staves that she uses to subdue her enemies. This is apparently going very well for the show. So well in fact, that the two head butting exes could be getting a show of their very own.
The show has yet to get a green light from ABC and if it does, that would be a total of three shows from ABC that are a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
ABC already has a strong fan base with shows like Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Agent Carter, so that gives us no reason to doubt that a show starring Agent Bobbi and Agent Lance could be successful, but we will just have to wait and see if and when it airs.
