With San Diego Comic Con in full swing as of today, Microsoft and 343 Industries took to the stage and hosted a Halo panel to offer fans a tantalizing first look at Halo: Nightfall.
The video introduces us to Agent Locke, who was confirmed to be playable in the Halo 5 campaign. What’s notable is that his origin seems to surround the original installation from the first Halo title. In the first look trailer Agent Locke is seen leading a team on the destroyed ring. Agent Locke was previously seen studying Spartan John-117’s past in the E3 trailer for Halo: The Master Chief Collection.
The Ridley Scott produced digital series Halo: Nightfall ships with The Master Chief Collection this fall and gamers will be able to step into the armor of Agent Locke in 2015 with Halo 5: Guardians.
