[dropcap size=small]H[/dropcap]ugh Jackman will once again reprise his role as Wolverine in an untitled, stand-alone project slated for release March 3, 2017 – and it could very well be his last.
The actor posted on his Instagram the photo below with the following caption, “WOLVERINE …ONE LAST TIME. HJ”
So, does this mean Jackman, who was basically born for the role as Wolverine, won’t be returning for X-Men: Apocalypse, or the upcoming stand-alone Gambit or Deadpool films? Jackman has played the mutant seven times, so perhaps it’s time he finally hung up his claws.
