“We had a little help.”

[dropcap size=small]E[/dropcap]arlier today, 20th Century Fox graced the world with the final trailer for X-Men: Apocalypse, and with it, we finally see more of the mutants that will play a part in the coming battle. Check it out below:

The trailer showcases some key elements to the movie, such as more of Mystique’s (Jennifer Lawrence) role in training the up-and-coming X-Men, as well as Magneto’s (Michael Fassbender) role as one of the “Four Horsemen.” It even gives us a sneak peek at a major cameo appearance by our favorite limb-shredding mutant, Wolverine. So far, it is not known what his role will be in the film, but we can rest assured knowing Bryan Singer (the director of X-Men: Days of Future Past as well as X-Men 2), will not let us down.

Both Hugh Jackman and Bryan Singer have kept quiet about Jackman’s involvement with the film for over a year now. Considering he hasn’t been in any other trailer or TV spot for the movie, odds are his role will be a minor one, but more so than his brief cameo in X-Men: Days of Future Past. Plus, this means that we get two more movies with Jackman as Wolverine, (with the third Wolverine film being his last.)

Also, I’m equally excited that Psylocke will finally be getting some screen time.

This is definitely going to be one of the biggest blockbusters of the summer; one that you won’t want to miss. You can catch X-Men: Apocalypse in theaters May 27!
