Pokémon fans have been enjoying a great year with all the giveaways of various legendaries and uniquely colored variant Pokémon, and it does not look like the giveaways will be slowing down anytime soon. Leading up to Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire releasing right around the corner in November, now you will get a chance to have your very own Shiny Gengar carrying a Gengarite Mega Stone AND the legendary Pokémon Diancie too with a Mega Stone. Shiny Gengar
First, Pokémon X and Pokémon Y players can snag a Shiny Gengar holding a Gengarite Mega Stone when they pick up a special code card from participating GameStop stores between October 13 and October 26. This Shiny Gengar can Mega Evolve into Shiny Mega Gengar during battles!
Diancie
Return to GameStop between October 27 and November 16 for a code card to receive the Mythical Pokémon Diancie in Pokémon X or Pokémon Y! After receiving Diancie, it can be transferred into Pokémon Omega Ruby or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire when those games launch on November 21 for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems. Once the Diancite Mega Stone has been obtained in the new games, players can Mega Evolve Diancie during battles!
Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are remakes of the Generation III Pokémon games, complete with new visuals, new areas to explore, new- everything basically. The only thing that has not changed is how amazing it will be to visit the region of Hoenn again come November 21.
