Users who pre-order Star Wars Battlefront from Wal Mart will have the opportunity to purchase a limited edition Han Solo Carbonite mini fridge.
We all know the story of how Han Solo was flash frozen in carbonite to keep his body preserved as a trophy for Jabba the Hutt in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. Now with the pre-order of Star Wars Battlefront at Wal Mart users can opt to purchase a mini fridge featuring Han Solo frozen in carbonite. The fridge may not be big enough or cold enough to freeze a body in carbonite, but it can keep your beverages cold or your food warm while you stay up all night playing the new Star Wars Battlefront game.
When users pre-order the deluxe edition of the upcoming Star Wars video game, Wal Mart released that buyers will also receive this special edition mini fridge. As per the Wal Mart website, the mini fridge can hold up to a six pack of soda and it will also contain a warming feature to keep your leftover food warm as well. The fridge will have a removable shelf as well as a carrying handle for portability.
The fridge looks like a must have for Star Wars collectors but comes at a hefty price of $129.98 with the Star Wars Battlefront game included as well in the pre-order. (Pre-orders can be found here). The game will be released on November 17th, 2015 and will be available on Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
