[dropcap size=small]M[/dropcap]ortal Kombat X is bringing a slue of new features to the franchise, including dynamic, Living Towers and an online mode they are calling Factions. Check out the video below for a closer look.
The Living Towers will be broken into three challenge types — quick, daily and premier — and will be updated as quickly as “every hour” promising to keep the game feeling fresh.
In Factions, players will choose one of five groups to join — Black Dragon, Brother of Shadow, Lin Kuei, Special Froces and White Lotus. “Factions is a persistent meta-game through which players can rank up and unlock custom rewards,” said NetherRealm. Everything a player does in MKX, will contribute to their faction points.
