[dropcap size=small]H[/dropcap]ere we go toys and squirrels, a whole three and a half minutes of brand spankin’ new ‘Batman: Arkham Knight’ gameplay footage. In this sequence we see the Caped Crusader busting into Ace Chemicals to free some plant workers who have information on what Scarecrow is up to and leads on the mysteriously menacing Arkham Knight.
The gameplay looks clean, presentation is adequately cinematic without being overdone, and the changes between standard and Batmobile-based gameplay is fluid as ever. One of the very few things I found leaving me wanting more was the quality of the voice acting. It seemed dry and unthoughtful, while not enough so to pass as campy. Either way, it’s not a huge complaint and still has plenty of time to be addressed (anyone who was unlucky enough to hear Peter Dinklage’s first go at the ‘Ghost’ voice in Destiny knows what I’m talking about). ‘Batman: Arkham Knight’ is due out 2nd of June, 2015 for Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
Anyway, here’s the trailer. Feast your looking holes!
