Each week, we plan on giving spotlight to one of our fellow geeks, giving them a chance to show off their most prized collections and their, well… geekiness!

We took a break last week for Labor Day but we’re back. This week, our geek is reader Mike Badalamenti! We had a look into what makes him a geek.

Brief summary of collection: I have a red Mega Man light helmet and Mega Man and Protoman action figures that I got from PAX 2015. I also have a Boba Fett and Stormtrooper collectible figures that I got from Big Bad Toys, a Batman statue that was bundled with Arkham Knight and a set of Dragon Balls, also from PAX.

Favorite thing in collection: My Boba Fett collectible figure. It is, by far, the most detailed and best looking figure in my collection.

Favorite geek memory: This has to be when I first saw Batman fight Red Hood in “Batman: Under the Red Hood.” We get a chance to see Batman up against his mentee.

Favorite game: This is a tough one. It’s between Metal Gear Solid 4, Uncharted 2, Batman: Arkham Origins and The Last of Us — but I’m going to have to go with Metal Gear Solid 4 on this one.

Favorite movie: My favorite movie is definitely The Dark Knight, closely followed by Captain America: Winter Soldier.

Favorite comic/comic book character: Batman: Fall of the Dark Knight and, in case you couldn’t tell, Batman is my favorite comic book character.

Favorite TV show: I really like Gotham and The Flash. You might be thinking, “Ah, because it’s Batman related.” Well, yes, but it also sticks to character origins. The Flash has a great story paired with great action, where Gotham is more dramatic.
