[dropcap size=small]B[/dropcap]ethesda revealed today the lead cast members in their upcoming horror title The Evil Within, launching this fall on Xbox One, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and PC.
The cast will be lead by Jackie Earle Haley, making his video game debut as Ruvik, the main antagonist. You probably know Hayley best as Rorschach in Zach Snyder’s Watchmen or Freddy Krueger in 2010’s A Nightmare on Elm Street reboot. Joining him will be Dexter’s Jennifer Carpenter as Juli Kidman, your partner in the game who was recently announced as a playable character in the game’s upcoming DLC content. Also along for the ride is Hell on Wheels’ Anson Mount as the game’s protagonist, Sebastien Castellanos, a veteran detective investigating a grisly series of murders.
Those looking for a triple-A horror experience on their next-gen consoles won’t have to wait much longer. The Evil Within releases October 14th in North America.
