The beloved Straw Hat Pirates from One Piece will make fashion history this September when they swap their ship for the runway at New York Fashion Week. Toei Animation has announced that the One Piece Spring/Summer 2025 Collection will debut as part of the yearlong celebration of the series’ 25th anniversary. This collaboration, created by Steve Aoki’s fashion and record label, Dim Mak, showcases the influence of anime in the fashion world.
The collection is a tribute to Eiichiro Oda’s captivating One Piece universe, with designs inspired by the current Egghead arc and its vibrant characters, including Monkey D. Luffy and his Straw Hat crew. An exclusive audience will experience the collection in a unique immersive runway show, featuring imagery and elements from the series.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Dim Mak to bring this special 25th-anniversary collaboration and the first-ever One Piece runway collection to New York Fashion Week,” said Lisa Yamatoya, Senior Director of Global Marketing for Toei Animation Inc. “The year isn’t over yet, and we have more surprises in store for fans during the One Piece 25th-anniversary celebration!”
