During the big game between SF and KC yesterday, we got a variety of interesting Super Bowl ads. While some of them were forgettable, the one spot we enjoyed was Disney+’s ‘The Universe is Expanding’ ad which featured our first looks into upcoming MCU shows he Falcon and the Winter Soldier, WandaVision, and Loki.

The spot shows off a handful of interesting bits from these three highly anticipated shows including Wanda’s classic comic outfit, Falcon training with Captain America’s shield (presumably because he will be picking up the mantle as the next Cap), and even Loki wearing a TVA uniform.

The TVA, or Time Variance Authority will likely be a major element within the Loki series, as they are basically time cops that are handling whatever issues Loki has caused while altering any historical events and or timelines, something that is supposed to be featured heavily in his show. The TVA are also directly connected to Kang the Conqueror, a major villain within Marvel comics (and IGN’s 65th greatest comic book villain of all time).

If you happened to be one of the masses that canceled their Disney+ subscription after The Mandalorian, you may want to reconsider as these shows are only a few drops in the bucket for what is to come on the service.

WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier are set to debut later in 2020 with six episodes each, while Loki is coming in 2021, also with six episodes.
