We’re not making this up. It’s March 1, not April 1.
SURPRISE! The next highly anticipated entry in the MCU will now release one week earlier in North America. Get ready to see Avengers: Infinity War on April 27 (instead of May 4).
How did this happen? We’re not entirely sure, but an awesome Twitter exchange between Marvel Studios and Iron Man himself, Robert Downey Jr., solidified this move earlier today. Click on the preview below to read the entire conversation.

Basically, RDJ asked Marvel if we could see the movie earlier, and they said sure!
While this decision was most definitely made by Disney Execs way earlier (and probably so to maximize the amount of money the movie can make before Deadpool 2 and Solo release), this was still a fun marketing stunt, and yep, it’s working, we’re even more excited now.
Avengers: Infinity War NOW hits theaters on April 27.
