While Gotham will not be starring Batman, the new trailer confirms some main villains from the Batman universe. In this forty-seven second clip, we get appearances from Catwoman and The Riddler.

Gotham is produced by Bruno Heller and directed by Danny Cannon. The show airs, this fall, on FOX, starring Ben McKenzie as a rookie James Gordon.
