That’s 24 minutes longer than we expected.
Captain America: Civil War is rapidly approaching.Â
The highly anticipated next chapter in the MCU is only a few weeks away, but a few lucky critics have already seen the film through early press screenings held last week.Â
The general consensus among these critics have been positive (no official reviews are up just yet), and they  are  able talk about some specific details of the film, like how long a certain webslinger will be in the movie.Â
Editor-in-Chief of ScreenCrush Mike Sampson, one of the lucky few who have already seen the film, revealed via tweet that in total, Peter Parker/Spider-Man will be in Civil War for about 30 minutes.Â
@MarvelousRealm That's about right. Maybe 10 mins of Parker, a good 20 mins of Spidey.

That is a pretty meaty chunk of a nearly two and half hour-long movie, and honestly, we’re surprised.Â
We really expected Spider-Man to have a very small role in the film, a few minute cameo at most, but 30 minutes? Sounds like he may be a pretty integral part of the plot.Â
We don’t know for sure how Spidey will be spending his half-hour of screen time just yet, but it won’t be long now.Â
Captain America: Civil War hits theaters on May 6.Â
