The villains added some serious star power.
[dropcap size=small]F[/dropcap]ast and Furious 8 has a new villain crew. Charlize Theron was cast as the lead villain to take on Vin Diesel and gang in the new installment of the Fast and Furious series while Game of Thrones actor Kristofer Hivju was cast as one of the henchman. The Fast and Furious Facebook page called Charlize Theron “the greatest adversary ever”. Charlize Theron has always played a great villain so it will be interesting to see how she will fit into the Fast and Furious universe.
Kristofer Hivju is best known for his character on Game of Thrones, Tormund Giantsbane. He has also been in some movies such as After Earth and Force Majeure. Hivju has the experience to be a great addition to the crew. Not to mention that the film is being shot not too far from his home of Norway. Fast and Furious 8 is currently in production in Iceland and is being directed by Straight Outta Compton director F. Gary Gray.
Fast and Furious 8 will be released in theaters April 14, 2017.
