YouTuber taltigot has posted a video that shows off the two-year-long modding project finally come to life.
The video adds vehicles like Vice City boats and planes along with backdrops and scenery that are in the same grainy style as the PS2 title. Take a look below.
“I love showing you things like this, it makes me feel unique and i love that, this is vice city converted to gta 5 in such a good way that i am SHOCKED, it took two years for map converts on iv like this yes years as i was doing videos of the vice city and san andreas for iv too.” – taltigolt
Though taltigolt was the one who posted the video, he was not the only one credited to the project. Other users joined in on the two-year struggle include NTAuthority, OpenIV team; GooD-Nts, listener, Chipsman, Alexander Blade, Rage team; RussianCJ, Deaglos, -Quantum-, Legiz, Den89, LINK/2012, T777, and Gazanfar.
It should be noted that “This is NOT a ‘Vice City-to-GTAV’ conversion project. It is merely a conversion of the map from GTA IV (Vice city Rage) to GTA V“, says Modding Staff Member, Jestic (Chris) of the GTA Forums.
If you wish to download the project, you can do so by heading to the GTA Forums or by going to the link directly.
