Titanfall 2: Electric Boogaloo? No? Anyone? Really?
[dropcap size=small]T[/dropcap]itan Fall 2 isn’t officially announced yet, but Abbie Heppe did say, in an interview with The EXL Podcast, that there will be, “a lot of stuff that people are going to be excited about.”
Although Abbie, understandably, wouldn’t talk about the specifics of the game, she did outline that working on the sequel has quite a few advantages,
“The really nice thing about working on a sequel is we have established the core of what Titanfall is, We have assets, we have an engine, we have all of these things that we laid the foundation for in the first game that now we can really build off of in the second. So I think there’s going to be a lot of stuff that people are going to be excited about. And that’s all I can say.”
Respawn Entertainment also stated that they’ve heard the feed-back on the previous game’s lack of campaign, and small weapon-choice. Vince Zampella, Respawn Co-Founder, confirmed that last month, they started work on a multi-platform Titanfall sequel, likely for Xbox and Playstation. On a side-note, all DLC is now free for the Titanfall games, so I highly recommend picking the game back-up.
