[dropcap size=small]M[/dropcap]ay 2nd will mark the twentieth anniversary for Austin Powers and it has been nearly fifteen years since Austin Powers in Goldmember was released. All things considered, it sounds like now is as good a time as any to start working on a fourth Austin Powers film. Luckily, it seems Mike Myers is open to the idea. Partially at least.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Mike Myers touched on the subject of a fourth Austin Powers film saying, “I would love to do another, but you just have to see. I was devastated by my father’s death. But to have that turn into something that makes people happy is unbelievably satisfying. It’s that kind of stuff you never get used to or get tired of.” So is that a yes or a no from Mike Myers on a fourth Austin Powers film? It sounds more like a maybe overall but who knows, we’ll just have to wait and see.
