The first time he showed up only 2 people were home. This time? No one. Wow, “it’s almost like the studio couldn’t afford another X-Man.”
[dropcap size=small]I[/dropcap]n typically Ryan Reynolds’ fashion, the actor dropped a tweet that didn’t hint at much but poked fun once again at Twentieth Century Fox Studios inability to give the X-Men universe the budget and the love it deserves. The Canadian tweeted the photo below with a caption that said, “Dropped by the X-Mansion. Big f*cking surprise. No one’s home.”
Whether or not this means the X-Men will be missing from Deadpool 2 is anyone’s guess. However, considering only Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Colossus were in the first film and the smashing success of the film it wouldn’t be surprising if Deadpool 2 amped up a number of mutants that we get to meet, excluding Deadpool and Cable of course. Too bad we won’t get to see Wolverine.
Deadpool 2 hits theaters June of next year.
